About CD Larsen Music

My name is Colin Larsen, I taught orchestra programs in Conroe ISD for 9 years, played the cello for 25 years, the guitar and piano for nearly 20 years, and also perform classical, rock, and metal music live for over a decade (as a vocalist, guitarist, keyboardist, and bass player).  In addition to performing and teaching, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition (TAMU, class of 2012) and I have written music performed by the Conroe Symphony and The Woodlands Symphony, as well as my own songs for live performance.  I currently perform cello in the Music Ministry at The Woodlands Methodist Church and am the lead singer/songwriter for an 80’s style hard rock/heavy metal band in Houston.

My musical expertise is available for hire in many unique ways, from performances, to lessons, and even including custom original music.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
